2060 is probably s**t, but there's still hope from the children

I think 2060 will be described with these 3 keywords (i) climate change consequences, (ii) media anxiety, and (iii) mature children.

More specifically, I think that compared to 2020, the world in 2060 will get worse with climate change consequences exacerbating our living conditions, with people suffering from lots of anxiety due to their media use. But then one positive thing is that the children of the future will be much more mature and better at taking care of themselves to prepare for the worst. There should still be hope.

I think people will definitely remember COVID-19 when thinking back on 2020. Plus globalization, governmental efficiency or a lack thereof, racism, and China.

As story that inspires me is from my own childhood. I had a rough childhood. And my mom had a rough childhood too. She inadvertently constantly sought validation from me. Her lifelong trauma never was really solved by herself and it dripped onto my life. It took me a long time to get out of that dark hole, to appreciate her for what she has done for me, and to emerge as a positive and stronger person. I have become a mature child for myself, and for my mother. I still love her very much.
